Meanwhile, customers with a monthly recharge below Rs. 660 in the past three months can still benefit from an advance loan of Rs. 30, split into Rs. 15 per loan transaction per recharge, allowing you to access loan balances tailored to your needs.

- Customers with a monthly recharge exceeding Rs. 660 over the last three months qualify for a Super Advance loan of Rs. 60, with Rs. 30 per loan transaction per recharge.
- Customers with a monthly recharge below Rs. 660 qualify for an Rs. 30 loan at Rs. 15 per transaction per recharge.
- Advance Loan Transactions:
- Each Zong customer is eligible for two Advance Loan transactions per recharge.
- The loan amount per Advance Loan transaction is Rs. 15 for low recharge customers and Rs. 30 for high recharge customers.
- The advance service fee is Rs. 4.5+tax per transaction for standard customers.
- The advance service fee is Rs. 8+tax per transaction for super advance customers.
- Flexibility in Loans:
- Customers can opt for single or double Advance Loans based on their requirements.
Service Mechanics:
- USSD Code: Dial *911#. For a second Advance Loan, dial *911# again after receiving the first loan balance.
- SMS: Send a blank SMS to 6911. For a second Advance Loan, send a blank SMS to 6911 again after receiving the first loan balance.
