These terms and conditions augment the general terms and conditions ratified by PTA, agreed upon by the customer in CSAF/eCSAF during the connection/SIM activation.
Jazz holds the prerogative to adjust the price/rate of any offer/package/bundle or to withdraw/modify/revoke such offer/package/bundle at any time. When mandated by PTA’s regulations, prior notice will be given to the affected customers accordingly.
The cost/charges for each offer/package/bundle are subject to all applicable taxes, regardless of the geographical location within the country where the offer/package/bundle is activated or the service utilized.
The billing system retains a certain portion of available data volume in MBs of your package against the initiation/access of each application/website on the device. Thus, simultaneous initiation/access of multiple applications/websites may result in reserving all your available data volume in MBs of your package, potentially incurring charges at the base rate of your package.
The amount of balance and recharge required for bundles may be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Using a SIM not registered in your name or allowing others to use your SIM is illegal – PTA
Dial 420 to block unsolicited calls/messages (charges applicable).
To block unsolicited marketing communication, use the “Do Not Call Register” service by texting “ON” or “SUB” to 3627. This service is provided free of charge to Jazz customers.
Applicable Taxes/Charges in Pakistan and AJK
- Advance Income Tax: 15% on each recharge.
- Sales Tax in Federal Territory of Islamabad: 16%
- Sales Tax in the rest of Pakistan and AJK: 19.5%
- GB: Exempted from taxes.
- Late Payment Fee: PKR 50 for bills unpaid after the due date.
